The whole business runs on customers bringing their own artwork, so the store had to make that the easy part. A shopper picks a garment, uploads their logo straight from their phone, sets sizes and quantities, and pays — and the shop owner gets a fully itemized order in her inbox the moment the payment clears.

Products, prices, and shipping options are edited from an admin panel, so the store changes without a developer. It runs on Cloudflare rather than a hosted store platform, which means no monthly percentage taken off the top.

  • Artwork upload from any phone, resized and served automatically
  • Cart is saved before checkout, so a stalled payment doesn't lose the order
  • Payments verified against PayPal before an order is ever recorded
  • Duplicate payment notices are caught and ignored

A one-chair studio, so the site is built the same way: facials, waxing and sugaring, lashes and brows, and permanent makeup each get their own page, with a real photo gallery of the actual work. Kassie updates the gallery, testimonials, and copy herself from an admin panel — new reviews are held for her to approve before they go live.

A working shop-owner's panel you can click through: orders, production board, stock levels, cost and margin per store. Riverbend isn't real and neither are the numbers — it's the same build my apparel clients use, with the private parts taken out.

An administrative site can also be a great tool to include, especially if you're in retail.
